Master Plan for Madison Communities

Jackson, Mississippi

JBHM was commissioned by Madison Communities of Dallas, Texas to design a master plan for an urban, mixed-use development, which will be located in Jackson, Mississippi along North State Street between the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Veteran’s Memorial Stadium. The 397,000 square foot development will capitalize on the medical market in the area with space for retail centers, a hotel, a medical office building and an apartment building.

Space will be broken down into: Medical Office Space - 107,200 square feet Retail Space - 19,800 square feet Apartment Space - 198,000 square feet Hotel Space - 54,000 square feet

Shelby County Fleet Services

Memphis, Tennessee

Shelby County Fleet Services is a facility that maintains all of Shelby County’s vehicles, whether it’s the mayor’s car, a fire engine pumper, a front-end loader or a weed-eater. The current facility was built in the World War II era, and JBHM is in the process of designing a new, 50,000 square foot facility, which will replace the county’s existing building.

Corporex

Harrison County, Mississippi

JBHM’s Land Planning Group is providing a preliminary master plan for a 700-acre mixed-use development in Harrison County, Mississippi. The master plan will show locations for commercial space, condominiums, town houses, apartments, garden lot home sites and estate lot home sites.

Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VIII

Gulfport, Mississippi

JBHM is working with the Housing Authority in Gulfport, Mississippi to provide landscape improvement plans. In addition, they will also develop signage and entrance fencing for developments in the authority’s region.
