The project consists of new construction of an approximate 12500 square foot public health department/clinic.  the scope of work consists of but is not limited to earthwork, asphalt parking lot, concrete slab on grade foundation, steel frame construction and metal stud walls, brick veneer, storefront entrance, metal truss roof and shingles.
